In the 1920's, Emerson Radio had built a 600,000 square foot building next to the New Jersey, turnpike in Jersey City - NJ.

The building has become a prominent landmark in one of the newer rapidly developing Jersey City - NJ neighborhoods.

Preserving the structure with its historic reference is a large factor in the redevelopment by the developer and architects.

Victor Emerson was an early recording engineer and executive who at one time was employed by Thomas Edison.

I was hired by the developer to document the property before renovation.

Many of the photographs will be used as mural size prints throughout the building.
